Hi, my name is Sandy Harding. I have lived in the Sonoraville and Calhoun area for the past 18 years, and am happily married to David Harding. We have two children, Emma Faith and Sam. We attend Sonoraville Baptist Church where I teach 1st-3rd grade Sunday School. I graduated from Dalton State College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
My personal goal was to own my own business one day, and in 2016, I purchased my first rental property and since then have acquired a few more. I am the owner of D&S Harding Properties LLC.
I feel I have an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market as I have studied the Calhoun housing market and surrounding areas consistently since 2016.
